Our Sherwood range is built from solid oak and finished in a deep, warm stain that draws the grain out and gives every piece a quietly rustic character.
The pieces are substantial rather than delicate - generous tops, solid timber rather than veneered board, and a smooth finish that shows the natural variation in the wood.
Every drawer in the range is dovetailed. That means the drawer front is locked into the sides rather than just being dowelled or screwed. This type of joint stops a front working loose and coming away in your hand after a few years of pulling. It is not something you can see once the drawer is shut, which is precisely why cheaper furniture does without it.
Metal handles in a soft antique brass finish complete the look.

Product Description
Our Sherwood Dark Solid Oak Dressing Table Mirror sits on the dressing table rather than the wall, which means it can be angled to suit whoever is using it.
The mirror is held between two uprights on a solid oak base and pivots on both sides, so it tips forward or back and then stays where it is put. A wall mirror is fixed at one height for everybody in the house; this one is not.
The frame is solid oak in the same deep dark stain as the rest of the range, with a plain shaped base that keeps the piece steady on the table top without taking up much of it.
