Returns Policy


Faulty Items (in store or online)

If your item is faulty, please contact us at sales@jcsnell.co.uk or 01226 731234 and we’ll advise you further.

Items bought or paid for in store.

If you have bought your item in store, we’re afraid we don’t accept returns. This is due to the huge cost of doing so which would result in us having to increase prices.

At our discretion we may exchange the item for another or issue a credit note, however this will depend upon the item and circumstances.

Items bought and paid for online

We hope you don’t need to return an item to us. Firstly it means that you’re unhappy and secondly it results in costs to us meaning that we have to increase our prices which we don’t want to do.

If your item is bespoke we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty. In general this applies to upholstered products.

Under the distance selling regulations if you have both bought and paid for an item online you are entitled to return it for a refund if you tell us within 14 days of receiving it. You then have another 14 after notification to return the item to us.

You must return it in the original packing and you are responsible for the cost of doing so.
